Treow Group Recruitment, on behalf of our Burlington-based client, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for an 18-month maternity leave contract.
About Our Client :
Our client has been helping veterinarians and pet owners care for their pets for many years. Their mission is to provide the best products to ensure pets live a healthy, happy life. As the company has grown rapidly, they are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role will be a full-time 18-month contract based in their Burlington Head Office.
Job Summary
:
Reporting to the Office & Operations Manager and the CEO, you will support marketing initiatives and manage day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include coordinating trade shows and events, liaising with stakeholders, and handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
:
Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events across multiple regions
Source marketing materials and displays
Manage sample and literature orders, including budgeting
Track inventory of marketing literature
Serve as the main contact for wholesaler marketing support
Organize sales meetings and retreats, including travel arrangements
Prepare reports and data summaries
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate :
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or administration (asset)
At least 12 months of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Experience with ERP (Net Suite) and CRM (Hub Spot) systems (asset)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in the Animal Health industry (asset)
