Job Description:
The role of the Marketing & Office Administrator is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives while maintaining the office environment in a presentable, warm, orderly, clean, and professional manner. This person has the organizational skills to be able to prioritize, perform, and complete the various tasks assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and design engaging online marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, video content, email newsletters, webinars, and website copy.
Manage and grow our social media channels by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for various print and online platforms.
Monitor and report on the performance of online marketing efforts, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct research to stay updated on IT and cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Provide a warm welcome to all office visitors.
Responsible for ensuring the office remains clean, organized, well-stocked, and presented in a professional manner.
Assist with the planning and coordination of company and client events, including meetings and team-building activities.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, shipping, RMA’s, and inventory management.
Collaborate with vendors for supplies and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Loves to learn about new technology and commits to achieving general technology certifications.
Proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs and have own reliable transportation.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation is comprised of a competitive base salary based on experience and certifications, full employee benefits package which includes, health, and dental insurance, 401(k), cell phone, travel reimbursement, and paid vacation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
