Position Overview
JSM Technology is seeking a creative and structured Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing and communications initiatives
. This role is onsite in our Richardson office and is ideal for a local student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, branding, and digital content within a professional business environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Create and edit marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and basic graphics
- Assist with website updates and content management as needed
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy
- Maintain organized marketing files and project timelines
- Track marketing activities and assist with basic reporting
- Provide administrative support related to marketing projects
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Richardson, TX
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
