Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ta Khmau. The Mayzon team member will support daily operations related to the development, production, and delivery of home organization and décor products. Responsibilities may include coordinating with design, engineering, and operations teams; supporting scheduling and workflow on the production floor; tracking inventory and product quality; and assisting with documentation and reporting. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional partners such as sourcing, accounting, and customer service to help maintain product quality, cost efficiency, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, operations, sourcing, customer service).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in tracking inventory, schedules, and documentation.
- Comfort working in an on-site manufacturing and warehouse environment, including basic understanding of safety and quality procedures.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to support process improvements and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, home goods, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related discipline is an advantage.
