At Alliance Health, our medical assistants will….
* Meet patient needs in a professional way
* Gather and record vitals in Epic
* Interact with patients to understand their needs and communicate with our provider(s)
* Set up and perform EKGs, injections, PFTs, and x-rays
* Draw blood and process specimen
* Autoclave instruments
* Work incoming telephone calls for patient questions
* Contact patients to communicate results, scripts, and follow up
You would be the perfect candidate at Alliance Health if you have….
* * At least 1 year experience working as a MEDICAL ASSISTANT
* * Certificate of completion from a recognized Medical Assistant program
* Certification as a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant (either upon application or obtained within three (3) months from date of hire)
* Excellent customer service and inter-personal
communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
* General computer proficiency
