We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can manage front desk operations and optimize patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Responsibilities: Â Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Maintain a clean and calm reception area. Schedule appointments and ensure they are kept on time. Notify providers of patient arrivals. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
Provide polite and effective customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
