Quality Care Inhome Care Services is a rapidly growing home healthcare business in Georgia. We provide private pay services for clients who need in-home support, as well as skilled and unskilled care for disabled children through Medicaid services. We are building a practice-style model with a private pay department and a skilled care department.

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Medical Assistant/Office Manager who is well versed in GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) as well as Medicaid/Medical Billing Services to join our team. This role will serve as the primary administrative support between the private pay and skilled care departments while also assisting the owner in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage office tasks, coordinate communication between departments, handle invoicing and provide general support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary administrative liaison between the private pay and skilled care departments.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Schedule client appointments and staff shifts for both departments.

Oversee office operations, including supply management, space organization, and record-keeping.

Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment processing for private pay clients.

Ensure Medicaid documentation and compliance for the skilled care department.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Assist the owner with scheduling, communication, and other administrative tasks.

Develop and implement office procedures and protocols to increase efficiency.

Train and supervise administrative support staff as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role in a healthcare setting.

Detail-oriented with expertise in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and Medicaid/Medical Billing services

Familiarity with medical software/billing applications like TELUS, Caryfy and CareSmartz360

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare software systems.

Knowledge of Medicaid billing and private pay processes is preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
