Duties

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of care plans for patients.
File and organize patient records, ensuring compliance with health information management standards.
Provide clerical support, including data entry and document management.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication within the office.
Handle inquiries from patients regarding services, insurance, and Medicare information.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Skills
Proficient in clerical tasks with strong organizational abilities.
Familiarity with computerized systems for medical scheduling and record management.
Knowledge of care plans and health information management practices.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Experience in medical administrative support and office management is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic healthcare setting.
