We are hiring for front desk staff where the responsibilities are:
Greet, check-in and check-out patients
Schedule new and follow up appointments
Order medical tests, make referrals to other specialists
If you have experience with practice management software (like Akamai), medical reception, or speak Korean, additional compensation will apply.

As a Medical Receptionist, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Requirements:
Medical experience in a medical setting
Medical License
COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors/patients by greeting them on the first day, ensuring that they are seen on a daily basis.
Opens and closes medical records daily as well as various departments within the facility.
Assists patients by providing information about services and facilities, answering questions about services, and providing transportation to and from appointments.
Maintains medical equipment, including monitors, pens, laptops, etc., as well as supplies needed for services.
Assists in training staff in medical procedures as well as assisting staff with medical procedures not related to care rendered.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
Knowledge of medical practices including laboratory work and drawing blood via a medical machine.
Knowledge of drug testing via medical machines.
Assists in training new staff and assisting in other duties as assigned.
Many of our employees work at least one day per week away from home, which may require providing an additional service provider option (i.e., concierge service, massage, massage therapist, massage therapist volunteer, etc.)

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
