This job would entail:
Answering new client emails
Answer phone calls for multiple locations
Booking appointments
Checking patients in/out and collecting payments
Supporting providers as needed
Maintain appointment calendar; organize and schedule appointments using Zenoti software
Knowledge of medical aesthetics
**THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVELING BETWEEN 2 LOCATIONS – LARCHMONT, NY AND DARIEN, CT**
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
