Job Title: Medical Receptionist (Orthopedic Office)
Location: Edison, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others? We are a rapidly growing orthopedic practice in New Jersey, and we are seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.

What You’ll Do:
First Impressions Matter: Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Efficient Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage multi-line phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.
Insurance & Paperwork: Verify insurance details, process patient paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Maintain Office Organization: Keep the front desk clean and organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in a medical, orthopedic, or similar office environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with patients, physicians, and office staff.
Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced: Ability to maintain accuracy and organization while working efficiently in a busy environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other office technology.
Bilingual: Must be fluent in Spanish
