Qualifications
Front office administration Professional needed. Prior experience in administration, clerical, data entry, in a medical practice. Medical billing, coding and credentialing knowledge required.
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal, including professional telephone and email etiquette when communicating with both vlients and coworkers
Adept at and familiar with multiple software programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Kajabi, Wix and Therapynotes
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
Demonstrates good judgment
Strong desire to be proactive and a self-starter. The right candidate will have the amazing ability to keep track of tasks offered verbally, by phone call, text, email and fax without missing a step.
Reliably commute to Conyers and/or Stonecrest as needed (Required)
Responsibilities
Comprehensive Family Care, which provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, is seeking a Front Office Manager to provide administrative support

Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and managing Director’s calendar to prevent conflicts
Draft and distribute memos, letters, and other business correspondence
Enter and track data, create charts and presentations, and report findings
Interact with internal colleagues (Supervisors, Therapists, etc.), key external partners and business leaders
Create and manage confidential files
Complete medical records requests and scan, upload, and file documents as needed

Pay: $9.95 – $22.69 per hour
