Friendly, upbeat, and professional presentation and strong follow-through skills are necessary for success.Job duties include (but not limited to):
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and assist with billing and coding. Handle financial transactions and process payments.
Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records, update information as needed, and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns. Perform data entry, file management, and office organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and support clinic operations.

Adaptable and Flexible – Is able to complete tasks in a changing environment
Interpersonal Communications – Communicates clearly both in written and verbal format
Professional Appearance – Presents a professional and polished look
Technical Skills – Basic computer skills a must and knowledge of electronic medical records a bonus
Compensation is dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
