Full Job Description
Mt. Spokane Pediatrics and Spokane Pediatric Urgent care (sister clinic) is looking for a medical receptionist to join our team! We are a growing practice with two locations in Spokane and are seeking a candidate with excellent multitasking skills and at least 1 year of experience in a medical office.
We have both full time and part time positions available. Full time positions include Medical, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, and PTO.
You will be responsible for:
– Greeting patients
– Answering phones, transferring calls appropriately
– Patient registration
– Patient chart maintenance & updating
– Collecting copay’s, taking payments
– Insurance verification and eligibility checks
– Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
– Going above and BEYOND to make patients and their families feel comfortable!
– Assisting with back office tasks
Work Location: North Spokane
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
