We are a busy full service Medical Spa in Edmond, OK and we are looking to hire a full-time receptionist with the following qualifications:
· Exceptional work ethic
· Great time management skills
· Experience in reception/scheduling
· Cash drawer maintenance/money handling
· Experience with Quickbooks
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Attention to detail
· Dependability
· Honesty
· Flexibility
· Effective communicator
· Strong team player
· Customer Service skills
· Experience in the medical field is helpful
We’re interested in hiring someone soon. You would hired on a probationary basis for the first 90 days. Once you have successfully completed your 90-day probationary period you would become eligible for:
