Role Description The Member role at DBL Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Member will support day-to-day operations within their assigned business unit, contributing to planning, coordination, and execution of tasks that help achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities may include assisting with documentation and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements. The Member is expected to take part in continuous improvement initiatives, maintain clear communication with supervisors and colleagues, and uphold DBL Group’s standards of integrity, quality, and sustainability. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a large, multi-sector organization and contribute to projects that impact both local and global markets.
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and build professional relationships.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret information, identify issues, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-sector environment and follow established processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Ethical mindset and commitment to DBL Group’s values, including sustainability, quality, and long-term value creation.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or industrial environment is an advantage, especially within manufacturing, retail, or service sectors.
