Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Min 1–2 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Management (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong foundational understanding of merchandise planning concepts, inventory management principles, and demand forecasting techniques.
- Solid understanding of key merchandising metrics and KPIs, including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Gross Margin, Sales Velocity, Sell-Through Rate (STR), Weeks of Supply (WOS), and Inventory Turnover (IT).
- Proficient in processing, analyzing, and visualizing large volumes of sales data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling).
- Highly analytical with a strong data-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and proven problem-solving skills.
