Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product allocation, inventory movement, promotional planning, and merchandise performance across retail and online channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, stock optimization, and overall business growth by delivering the right products to the right locations at the right time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising, inventory planning, retail operations, or product allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in fashion retail or modest wear industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
