Passionate about retail, fashion, and consumer trends? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Assistant to support our merchandising team in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the right products are available at the right place and time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales and inventory reports.
  • Assist in stock planning, replenishment, and inventory management across retail outlets.
  • Monitor product movement and identify best-selling and slow-moving items.
  • Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with stores to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
  • Prepare reports and analyse product and category performance to support merchandising decisions.
  • Assist in forecasting product demand and maintaining healthy inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, marketing, and retail operations to ensure smooth product availability.
  • Assist in product sample management, photoshoots, promotional materials, and store merchandising activities.
  • Perform invoice verification, data entry, and other merchandising administrative tasks.
  • Contribute ideas to improve product assortment, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Retail Management
  • Business Administration
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Marketing
  • Fashion/Textile
  • Or any related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, buying, or inventory planning will have an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
