Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Assist in stock planning, replenishment, and inventory management across retail outlets.
- Monitor product movement and identify best-selling and slow-moving items.
- Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with stores to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- Prepare reports and analyse product and category performance to support merchandising decisions.
- Assist in forecasting product demand and maintaining healthy inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, marketing, and retail operations to ensure smooth product availability.
- Assist in product sample management, photoshoots, promotional materials, and store merchandising activities.
- Perform invoice verification, data entry, and other merchandising administrative tasks.
- Contribute ideas to improve product assortment, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Retail Management
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management
- Marketing
- Fashion/Textile
- Or any related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, buying, or inventory planning will have an added advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
