Key Vacancy Information Temporary job to start April 2025 Temporary for 2-3 months Full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm 37 hours a week Salary guide £25,584 £ 13.30 per hour + holiday ( £14.90 per hour including holiday) Based in Sheffield City Centre Hybrid ( mandatory attendance on Wednesdays to office )Applicants need to be local to the Sheffield area
Your new role  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation who due to a peak in workloads need support for their HR/ People Team.
The main
purpose
of the role will be to provide note taking/ minute taking support for hearings and meetings conducted by the HR/People Team.
The duties of the role are outlined below and successful applicants will be able to demonstrate upon application having held a similar role previously.
Duties include:
– Attending meetings either in person or online via Teams to take thorough notes during a variety of HR meetings (including performance reviews, appraisals, disciplinary)- Completing reports of meeting minutes/notes within 48hours and allocating to portals/ record appropriately
– Correspond and support the wider HR/ People Team
-Diary management to make sure that all hearings are booked and attended accordingly
What you’ll need to succeed  Experience needed ;
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Minute-taking experience
– Excellent administration and typing skills- A high level/ degree of
professionalism
, able to attend confidential/ sensitive meetings
