Job Description
- Campaign Management: Run, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to drive high-quality installs for our iOS and Android games.
- Creative Optimization: Analyze the performance data of ad creatives, conceptualize new video/image ideas based on market trends, and collaborate with designers to continuously refresh high-converting marketing assets.
- Data Tracking: Track key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, and retention daily using mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) to maximize advertising ROI.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile game user acquisition (UA) or performance marketing.
- Platform Skills: Familiar with the operational backends of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Key Skills: Strong data analytical literacy combined with a creative mindset for producing engaging ad visuals and concepts.

- 渠道投放买量:负责公司 iOS 和 Android 游戏在 Google Ads、Meta、TikTok 等海外主流渠道的付费买量和广告优化,对下载量和用户质量负责。
- 广告素材调优:定期分析广告素材的转化数据,精准捕捉海外玩家偏好,构思新的视频和图片创意脚本,并协同设计团队持续迭代高点击、高转化的素材。
- 效果数据追踪:利用 AppsFlyer、Adjust 等归因工具及渠道后台,每日监控 CPI、ROAS、留存率等核心指标,基于数据调整投放策略,最大化提升投资回报率(ROI)。
任职要求
- 工作经验:1-3 年移动游戏海外投放买量(UA)或效果广告相关实操经验。
- 平台技能:熟悉 App Store Connect 和 Google Play Console 渠道后台的基本操作。
- 专业核心:具备极强的数据敏感度与分析能力,同时对游戏广告素材有敏锐的创意和构思能力。
