About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable  Monitoring Assistant  to support our operations team during US business hours. This remote role involves monitoring key systems, managing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes. Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts and eager to learn new tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time operations and ensure smooth workflow across systems
Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues promptly
Learn and effectively use various software tools, including CRM platforms
Work independently during night shift hours and communicate updates regularly
Escalate issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel  (formulas, data handling, basic reporting)
Excellent team coordination  skills and
flexibility
