Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SolarWinds monitoring platform (NPM, NCM, NTA, SAM, etc.).
- Configure and optimize alerts, dashboards, and reports for network and system monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SolarWinds monitoring tools and integrations.
- Monitor and manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and Data Center networks.
- Perform proactive monitoring using SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), ThousandEyes, and ServiceNow.
- Analyze network performance, availability, and utilization trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents related to routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity.
- Monitor and support routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static Routing.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR Routers, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.
- Configure and monitor VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, QoS, ACLs, and Port Channels.
- Investigate packet loss, latency, jitter, bandwidth utilization, and network outages.
- Support network capacity planning and performance reporting.
- Create RCA reports, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, Security, Server, and Application teams during major incidents.
- Ensure SLA compliance, ticket hygiene, and audit requirements.
Required Skills:
- Enterprise Networking (Cisco preferrable, Arista)
- Routing & switching, SD-WAN, Wireless
- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds modules (NPM, NCM,NTA, SAM, etc.).Network Monitoring (SolarWinds, DNAC)
- ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ServiceNow)
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination
- Excellent communication
- Analytical and Problems-solving Skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Experience & Preferred Certifications:
- Exp in Enterprise Network Operations.
- ITIL Expert certification
- N+, CCNA, CCNP, equivalent.
