Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – LNHA) to lead our facility with enthusiasm and expertise. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and promote a high standard of resident-centered care. Your leadership will drive staff excellence, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction in a vibrant senior care setting.

Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth operation of all facility departments, including nursing, social work, activities, and support services.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to residents’ needs, including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and long-term care.
  • Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to assisted living, nursing home standards, medication administration, and home & community care.
  • Manage resident relations by ensuring quality of care for residents’ <PERSON> (personal needs), safety, and well-being.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional senior care services across all levels of support.

Qualifications

  • Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
  • Proven experience in nursing home management or senior care operations.
  • Strong background in assisted living, long-term care experience, and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care strategies, and memory support programs.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial acumen, and operational management within healthcare settings.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home environments is a plus.
