Job Summary:
Pro Sales, Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting/Office Team Member to support both administrative and accounting functions at our Jerome, Idaho office. Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support

Manage phone calls and general correspondence (emails, letters, packages)

Greet and assist visitors; provide internal support to staff and leadership

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Update office policies and procedures

Assist with new customer, vendor and, employee onboarding

Use Google Suite and Microsoft Office for daily office tasks

Support company directors and managers with administrative tasks

Accounting Support

Provide backup support for day-to-day accounting functions

Prepare and verify customer invoices

Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly/annual billing

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Process accounts payable/receivable and assist with collections

Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries

Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Handle confidential financial information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.05 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
