Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, bookkeeping, and providing administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive work environment and fostering effective communication within the team.

Duties

Answer phone calls, manage texts, and communications from clients

Greeting clients

Schedule client appointments

Manage client drop off and pick up

Scan in workpapers

Assemble tax returns

Keep the office stocked and tidy

Reconcile client bank statements

Prepare payroll forms

Billing

Other tasks as they may arise

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in calendar management.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in standard office software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.31 – $20.55 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
