Compensation: $90,000–$140,000 base salary plus bonus

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully in-office

Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (standard hours with flexibility as needed)

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Jr. Executive Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role blends office management with administrative support and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment while delivering a welcoming experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and professional workplace.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain seamless operations.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold office policies and procedures that support productivity and culture.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and well-resourced start.
  • Coordinate meetings, office events, and team initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support, including support to a few executives, calendaring, and conference room booking.
  • Assist with expense reporting and track budgets related to office operations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with office management systems is a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
