Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Operations & Sales Assistant to help oversee daily business functions, manage sales support activities, and assist in growing the agency to new heights.
Position Overview:
This is an in-office leadership-track position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a key executive role. You’ll be the right hand to the founder, helping manage sales pipelines, client communications, appointment scheduling, and operational tasks to ensure the agency runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily company operations
Set sales appointments through email, LinkedIn, and social inboxes
Make follow-up calls and manage inbound/outbound communications
Manage CRM, outbound email campaigns, and other marketing systems
Track performance metrics and help optimize sales funnels
Troubleshoot technical issues within digital tools and software platforms
Assist with team coordination and project management tasks
Provide executive support and high-level administrative oversight
Contribute to business development and strategy discussions
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy with strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communicator, comfortable on the phone and online
Experience with tools like CRM systems, email platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, HubSpot, etc.)
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Comfortable initiating conversations and setting appointments
Passion for digital business, growth, and leadership
