Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Admin / Receptionist, located in Dubai. The Office Admin / Receptionist will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and handling office correspondence. Additional responsibilities include assisting the CEO and the team with their tasks, assisting with accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Languages: English – fluent, Russian is a big plus

Strong communication skills

Experience in administrative assistance and office administration

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
