Now Hiring: Office Admin / Receptionist – Panama City Location

Holloway Roofing is growing! We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our new Panama City office. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.

Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails.

Process permit applications and inspection documentation.

Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.

Support office staff with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure office is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Requirements:

Must live in the Panama City area.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Must be a notary public or willing to become one (we’ll help you through the process).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a true people person.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift
