Job Description

Baystate Outdoor Personia designs and builds custom outdoor living structures. We are looking for a Client Support / Account Manager professional to join our team at our Bellingham Design Center. Daily tasks include greeting and communicating with clients and staff in person at our design center, via email, and on the phone. Scheduling appointments, organization, data entry and selections, research, etc. Good customer service and welcoming clients is required.

Outdoor Personia specializes in personalized outdoor structures for residential and commercial clients. We sell, design, and build personalized outdoor structures such as pool houses, pavilions, greenhouses, sheds and more. We strive to make the dreams of our customers become a reality by listening and collaborating to achieve the best outcome.

Tasks include:

Greeting clients and communicating with them in person at our design centers, and via telephone and e-mail.

Answering inbound phone calls, responding to or forwarding to the appropriate team member.

Reviewing inbound e-mails, responding to or forwarding to the appropriate team member.

Reviewing and entering customer jobs into our project management database.

Tracking customer orders with vendors.

Updating inventory.

Assisting with Design Center organization, merchandising and upkeep.

Assisting with scheduling sales appointments.

Selling smaller outdoor products such as cupolas, weathervanes, furniture, and lamp posts.

Providing updates to customers on project status monthly or as needed.

Scheduling deliveries from vendors and to customers.

Recording expenses.

Monitoring and responding to web site chats and social media.

Communicating with Sales, Administration, and Production team members.

Payroll and Hr

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

3 years’ experience in customer service

Strong understanding of Windows Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Basic Math Skills

Skills

Highly organized

Strong questioning skills

Strong time management

Flexible and able to multi-task

Ability to meet schedules and timelines
