In this role you will:

Greet and welcome guests at reception

Direct guests to the appropriate place

Answer, screen, and route messages to the appropriate departments

Maintain orderly office presentation

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Maintain stock in kitchen & orderliness of kitchen

Order, maintain, and restock office supplies

Perform clerical duties such as drafting emails, copying & mailing

Maintain conference room calendar

Prep conference rooms in between scheduled meetings

Submit maintenance requests to property manager

Perform all other duties as assigned

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities

Previous roles as receptionist, administrative assistant, or other similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with office equipment including printers

Professional attitude and appearance

Ability to be proactive and resourceful when situations arise

Highly organized
