Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Admin, based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Office Admin will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, handling customer communications, coordinating office activities, providing basic accounting support, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office operations.

Tasks:

• Assist the executives with daily administrative duties, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling correspondence.

• Welcome clients and visitors to the company

• Manage invoicing, track payments, and follow up with clients as needed.

• Work closely with our accounting team to support payroll, payments, and expense reimbursements.

• Maintain and organize financial documents to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Keep the office organized, ensuring all supplies, including the snack bar, are well-stocked.

• Liaise with building management and external vendors for office maintenance and services.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining records.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting principles for invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage office workflows efficiently.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required
  • Ability to start immediately
