Location: Switzerland (Remote-friendly)

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying organized, and keeps everything (and everyone) on track? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help our team function at its best—whether in person or from a remote setting.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications

Support day-to-day office administration and documentation

Assist with onboarding, travel arrangements, and expense tracking

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external queries

What we’re looking for:

2–4 years of experience in administrative or office support roles

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Excellent communication in English (German or French a plus)

A self-starter who works well independently and in remote environments
