Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be comfortable handling general office tasks and have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

Performing general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and maintaining organized records

Providing real-time scheduling and calendar management support

Maintaining polite and professional communication with clients, and staff

Anticipating the needs of others to help ensure seamless and positive experiences

Supporting the broader administrative team as needed

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish, or Portuguese is required

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
