What You will Do:
Keep our office a well-oiled machine by managing daily admin tasks, supplies, and workspace organization
Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
Coordinate and Support HR processes like onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation—people are your thing!
Manage emails, calls, and correspondence like a pro—efficient, friendly, and always on top of things
Take charge of meetings: scheduling, prep work, and follow-ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Regularly prepare reports and support management on varying administrative tasks

Experience:
Proven experience in office management or administration
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR processes such as payroll and employee documentation
Ability to manage office operations and supply chain coordination
Knowledge of performance reporting and data management
