Office Administrator – Full-Time
An established analytical laboratory is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to join our team full-time.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, dependable, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure
Outstanding customer service skills
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Accurate data entry skills
Scheduling experience is a plus, but not required
