Responsibilities

Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner

Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls

Prepare conference rooms for meetings

Distribute packages and mail as delivered

Provide onboarding support for new hires

Assist with tracking accounts payable invoices and submit for approval

Assist in event planning

Provide general upkeep of the office

Periodically provide executive level support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

2-4 years of admin/reception experience within financial services

Strong project management skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience using Concur a plus

Salary Range

$65,000-$80,000
