We are currently hiring at our Rockaway, NJ location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain files for parts, service and rental departments.

Create and manage ordering and invoicing within our accounting programs.

Process orders to various vendors and suppliers.

Receiving physical inventory

Inventory management

Assist with rental equipment check in/out process

The ideal candidate should be able to:

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

Interact professionally with other employees and customers.

Works with a sense of urgency

Attention to detailand accuracy.

Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point)

Excellent written and verbalcommunication

Quick thinker and a fast learner

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Salary Description

$20-$22/hour
