Be theprimary point of contactfor alloffice-related employee needs, directly contributing to the success and wellbeing of the entire team
Oversee and manage thesetup and optimisation of the new office space, ensuring that all supplies, equipment, and infrastructure are in place tomaintain a fully operational and efficient work environment
Manage office-related expenses, track invoices, and assist with budgeting forday-to-day operations
Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring their smoothintegration into the companyand the office environment
Provideadministrative supportacross various departments, facilitatingcommunicationand assisting with conference calls and video meetings
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure all employees are set up with the necessary technology andsupport with troubleshooting of basic IT issues
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in adynamic andfast-pacedenvironment
Professional, proactive, self-starter with a high energy leveland passion for creating great work environments
Adaptableand able to handle the demands of arapidly growing companywith ease
Ability towork independently and take initiative, particularly in a newly established office
A trueteam playerwho’s excited to be at the centre of a thriving office community
Strongorganisational andmultitaskingabilities, with the capacity toprioritiseacross a range of tasks
Excellentcommunicationskills, both verbal and written
High level ofdiscretion and confidentialitywhen dealing with company information
Ability to handlebudgeting and vendor management, with a strong understanding of best business practices
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand familiarity with globalcommunicationtools
Ability totroubleshoot basic ITissues and coordinate with global support team
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Ability to commute to theoffice 5 days/week
