Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

Draft correspondence and other formal documents

Plan and schedule appointments and installations

Provide exceptional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries

Dispatch technicians for requested service calls

Order parts needed for repairs

Maintain and monitor files

Perform various office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or related fields (experience in construction/service industry preferred but not required)

Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up skills

Excellent written and verbalcommunicationabilities

Strongattention to detailand organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required

Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not mandatory

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)

Administrative: 5 years (Preferred)

Languages:

English & Spanish (Preferred)

Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11236 (Required)
