Our client, a private limited company based in Limassol, Cyprus, is actively engaged in the metals sector, and is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator in Limassol.
Benefits:
13th Salary
Working hrs: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Medical Fund
20 days of annual leave
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team and management
Handle daily office operations, including managing communications, schedules, and office supplies
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
Maintain an organized filing system and database
Manage invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks
Coordinate office events and meetings
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Handle other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (accounting background is a plus)
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly organized, with strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and open to taking on new challenges and opportunities
