What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, supporting the Owner (Michael) and Lead Designer (Kelly) by managing the day-to-day tasks that keep our company running efficiently.
Billing & Invoicing – Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and project budgets.
Scheduling & Email Management – Keep calendars organized and respond to client/vendor inquiries.
Vendor & Order Coordination – Track cabinet orders, follow up with suppliers, and update schedules.
HR & Recruiting Support – Help onboard new hires and coordinate hiring efforts.
Marketing & Social Media – Manage our social media presence and assist with marketing tasks.
General Office & Tech Support – Keep things running smoothly with basic tech troubleshooting and office organization.
