Our client, one of the largest names in Property is looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their busy and growing team based in Edinburgh.
This Office Administrator role is seen as vital hire to our clients office and wider market growth. You will have involvement in many areas of the team, along with key administrative responsibilities.
Ideally, you will have previous office or sales administration experience and you’re an organised and proactive individual.
Responsibilities
Assist with marketing new property instructions.
Organise property files through Sale process.
Interact and follow up with property buyers and sellers.
Marketing of prospective valuations / properties.
Key Skills & Requirements
Previous office support or administration experience
Previous experience in Property or Real Estate would be advantageous
A Proactive mindset
An Organised Individual
Strong IT skills
The role will be paying upto £30,000 and will be based in Central Edinburgh.
