Purpose of the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Front Desk, Travel, Accommodations, Inventory, and Material Management Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the front desk, coordinating travel arrangements, overseeing accommodations, handling inventory of office supplies and equipment, and managing material inward and outward processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various responsibilities concurrently.

Job Description:

Owning Internal & external Audit requirements.

Preparation of Monthly MIS, MRM & its presentation.

Should have good negotiation skills.

Ability to document all Admin processes, establish & publish SLA’s.

Ability to handle multiple projects, against tight timelines.

Detail-Oriented and resourceful & abilities to multi-task effectively.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel and accommodation bookings, inventory levels, and material transactions.

Generate reports on travel expenses, inventory levels, and material movements.
