All office functions in a small business – answer phones, respond to emails, process orders, follow up with customer inquiries and requests, ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Office administrator duties include generating invoices, customer account statements, running various reports, mailings, data entry, payables, receivables, bank deposits, time cards for payroll, posting to accounting system, database system and numerous other general office tasks in a small company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,500.00 – $59,500.00 per year
