We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to join our Singapore corporate office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a busy team, and making sure the office runs smoothly. The Office Administrator will handle a mix of administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks — from managing office supplies to arranging lunch runs when needed!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and general admin tasks
  • Handle phone calls, courier services, and correspondence
  • Support the corporate team with scheduling, filing, and meeting arrangements
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and basic HR admin support
  • Manage petty cash, invoices, and office supply purchases
  • Help with ad-hoc tasks, errands, and office coordination

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or office support
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
  • Positive, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed
