We are hiring | Admin Executive | Location | Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and employee support activities. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth office operations and maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, and other facility-related services.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
  • Handle travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and visitor management.
  • Manage courier services, office correspondence, and documentation.
  • Track and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement events, and attendance records.
  • Maintain office assets and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Office Management.
  • Experience in handling vendors, office facilities, and administrative operations preferred
