We’re on the hunt for an Office Administrator who’s more than just organised—you’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive on keeping everything (and everyone) moving. You’ll be the go-to for our Singapore office, making sure daily operations, people processes, and internal coordination run like clockwork.

Reporting to our Delivery & Operations Director, APAC, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving efficiency, championing smooth comms, and creating a high-functioning, people-first workspace.

What You’ll Be Owning

Office & Admin Ops

Be the first port of call for all internal office needs—quick to respond, even quicker to solve

Manage office inventory, IT assets, and maintenance to keep things well-stocked, secure, and running

Streamline workflows like scheduling, internal requests, and documentation

Own both digital and physical filing systems—because organisation is your superpower

Handle internal comms and team updates via email, Slack, and other channels

Support day-to-day logistics: vendor liaison, meeting coordination, and anything else the team needs to stay on track

HR & People Support

Prepare contracts and run a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience—first impressions (and goodbyes) matter

Coordinate pre-boarding essentials like tech access, welcome kits, and orientation

Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and employee documentation with precision and care

Track employee lifecycle moments: probation check-ins, contract renewals, reviews, and more

Help manage insurance admin, leave tracking, and L&D activity support

Jump in on recruitment—sourcing, scheduling, and candidate coordination that reflects our employer brand

What You Bring To The Table

You’re a detail-obsessed, solution-driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

You’ve got experience in admin and/or HR support, and you’re confident managing office ops end to end

You’re highly organised, a clear communicator, and you know how to juggle multiple requests without dropping a ball

You’re proactive, resourceful, and you don’t wait to be told what needs doing—you’ve already done it

You’re comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity

You’re collaborative, dependable, and a team-first thinker

9am – 6pm Singapore time
