Job Summary
Golden Environmental is an environmental company focusing on water and wastewater. We are looking to fill an office admin role. Initially being part time (2-3) days a week and moving into full time.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication with team members.
Assist in the coordination of office activities and events to enhance team collaboration.
Receive and check samples into the lab
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Experience
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is highly desirable.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
